Reduce weeks of manual communication work to minutes. Launch with confidence, not controversy.
Transparent engagement tools and accessible project context that meets policy and planning goals.
Strengthen public trust, streamline approvals, and demonstrate commitment to community engagement.
Clear, jargon-free explanations of how a project will genuinely impact their neighborhood and daily life.
Real participation through clear information, open dialogue, and a voice that gets heard and tracked.
Ora is TerraSyn's core intelligence — an AI agent that reads your project data and automatically generates stakeholder-ready communications, visual explainers, and community FAQs. No manual writing. No communication delays.
Ora tailors every message for its audience — plain language for residents, policy-aligned framing for government, ROI focus for developers. One project input, three clear outputs.
Ora predicts the questions your stakeholders will ask and writes the answers before they're asked. Proactive communication beats reactive damage control every time.
Transform timelines, impact data, and project milestones into visual explainers and infographic-ready content — automatically generated for each communication channel.
This isn't a mockup. Ora is live, running on Austin's Project Connect light rail data — try it right now.
Large projects stall because stakeholders receive fragmented updates, technical jargon, and late-stage explanations. The result is resistance, delay, and budget pressure.
TerraSyn is an AI-native platform with progressive capability layers — from core communication automation to immersive 3D project experiences.
Ora generates tailored project narratives, multilingual content, visual explainers, and stakeholder FAQs from a single project input. The full communication layer, automated.
In DevelopmentIntroduce timeline mapping, impact layers, and interactive AI Q&A. Give stakeholders a visual, explorable window into your project's outcomes and progress.
Coming SoonAI-generated 3D walkthroughs and scenario simulations for deeper public engagement. Experience a project before it's built — removing fear with familiarity.
On the HorizonTerraSyn's business plan is built around early traction, pilot validation, and measurable impact in municipal and development environments.
A uniquely suited team at the intersection of environmental engineering, AI, and community communication.
TerraSyn began as Lucas's research into systemic delays in sustainable infrastructure adoption at UT Austin. After placing 3rd in the inaugural CAEE Hackathon, he partnered with Puranjay to enter the NSF I-Corps Southwest Hub — conducting extensive customer discovery that confirmed community pushback as the universal bottleneck. His rare combination of technical and communications expertise drives TerraSyn's product and go-to-market strategy.
Puranjay's background spans NASA robotics research, nuclear reactor embedded systems, and full-stack development — bringing deep systems engineering rigor to a human-centered problem. Through NSF I-Corps, he co-led the customer discovery process that shaped TerraSyn's architecture. He now leads development of Ora's reinforcement learning algorithms, designed to model stakeholder psychology and deliver real-time project communication at scale.
TerraSyn is opening pilot conversations with developers, municipalities, and strategic partners ready to modernize how projects communicate with the world.
